My background includes over 20 years of experience in the construction trades installing and/or repairing everything that I am now inspecting for my clients. I have completed over 200 hours of Home Inspection Business Training and I am a certified Home Inspector through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

Your Inspection will include a visual non-invasive examination of every major system of the home including:

Grading and drainage, Gutters, Roof covering, Exterior walls, Chimneys, Attic, Foundation, Doors and Windows, Plumbing, Electrical, Major built-in appliances, Air conditioning system.

Upon completion of the inspection you will be given an easy to understand report within 24 hours after the inspection. 

Your report will be computer generated and will include digital color photographs of any areas of concern. Your report will contain an analysis of all areas covered during the inspection with detailed information of any significant findings. 

I strongly encourage all my clients to attend the inspection when at all possible.

You should feel free to ask me questions about the house and how the different systems work. I will be pointing out any areas of concern and explaining them to you during the inspection so to minimize confusion while reading the findings on the report.  This will help you gain the most from the inspection.

Armed with the knowledge my report will provide to you will allow you to make an informed decision with confidence.  All of my inspections are performed according to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics set by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
